Hilary’s Kitchen is a collection of recipes and cooking tips. My favorite part of the day is cooking – after a long day of teaching it’s quite relaxing to kick back and chop up some garlic, or spend a whole Sunday cooking lunches for the week. I’m a fan of bold flavors and am always looking for ways to tweak recipes I find in a cookbook. I prefer to cook seasonally and with local ingredients if I can help it.
