This is my go-to smoothie recipe, makes an excellent (and healthy!) breakfast or snack if you’re feeling peckish and want a healthy alternative.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup mix of strawberries and blueberries, frozen or fresh
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
Break the banana into pieces and put into a blender with all of the other ingredients. Blend to a liquid. Pour into a glass. Drink it all up!
